We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must not be broken or damaged.

  • The original packaging must be intact.

  • Products that are damaged or missing packaging may not be accepted.

If the product is eligible, the delivery agent will visit the customer to inspect the item and proceed with the exchange or refund.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the exchange or return is not due to a defect on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
